On the 3rd of December we organized an excursion to the Christmas village in Fikardou, in collaboration with the University of Cyprus and the environmental and photography clubs. The hike started in Lazania and ended in Fikardou, a trail with beautiful views of Machairas
mountains, and about 2km long.
The students had the opportunity to enjoy nature, while after the hike they spent time in the beautiful Christmas village in Fikardou, and were offered various activities. The picturesque village had stations with local delicacies, Christmas decorations, music, and dancing activities.
Lunch followed in a local tavern, and we had the opportunity to socialize, while introducing our organization to the students of the University of Cyprus.
