If you are not looking for curriculum-based activities, or if you want to enrich your teaching days with us with some more relaxed days, then we suggest to you some of our alternative full of action activities. Through interactive games and outings, to the beautiful landscapes of Cyprus, you can meet the history, the tradition and the reach biodiversity of the island.

All our courses are supervised by experienced instructors, who are fully qualified first- aiders.

Find the reptiles

Participate in a treasure hunt trying to find the hidden Cyprus reptiles using augmented reality to reveal them. Lizards and snakes come alive in front of your eyes allowing you to explore the reptiles in detail, in a safe and fun environment.

Mountain Biking

Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Akamas whilst learning about Cyprus’s geological past.

Kayaking

Learn the correct procedures of kayaking, from manoeuvring to what to do if capsized. This activity involves many games where you will get wet – you have been warned!

Rock Climbing / Abseiling

This activity probably provides the participant with the greatest sense of achievement. There are a variety of climbs ranging in scales of difficulty.

Snorkelling

Swim in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean and discover the hidden and fascinating world below the surface.  Learn about the flora and fauna of the area and how they have adapted to their surroundings.

Hiking

This activity is very versatile and can be adopted to cater for any level of ability, needs and learning requirements.

Orienteering

Excellent for promoting teamwork and learning how to use a compass and map competently.

Gorge Walk

Experience the breath-taking beauty of the Avakas gorge and walk its length learning about the flora and fauna within and how the gorge was created.

Archaeological Walks

Discover more about the cultural heritage of Cyprus with visits to ancient tombs, castles and mosaics.

Outdoor Challenges

A series of mini or full day challenges that build team-work, inspire trust and a sense of achievement.

Episkopi Environmental Information Centre

Visit the big cliffs of Episkopi village, where some of the protected Cyprus birds use for nesting then take a tour in the informational Centre, which provides information about the geology, flora and fauna (entrance fee is 2 Euro).

Boat trip

Enjoy the beauty of the sea through a boat ride in the spectacular blue waters around the Akamas Peninsula.

Traditional food paths

Enjoy the distinctive culinary heritage of Cyprus by tasting local products.

Bat walk

Discover with us the amazing world of bats, in an evening walk in the village, trying to echolocate them with our special sensors.

Star gazing

Learn how to read the beautiful starry sky with all its constellations and how to navigate using the stars.

Evening of traditional music and dance. See a demonstration and try dancing yourselves.
