With great pleasure, we invite you to the Akrotiri Spring Festival, a unique celebration of the environmental and cultural importance of the Akrotiri Peninsula, taking place on Sunday, May 3rd.
The festival is organized by the Municipality of Kourion and the Kourion 2030 Organization, with the support of BirdLife Cyprus, Terra Cypria–the Cyprus Conservation Foundation, the Environment Department of the British Bases, and the Environment and Sustainable Development Education Unit, Akrotiri Environmental Education Centre.
Now in its third consecutive year, the Akrotiri Spring Festival offers a wonderful opportunity for everyone to discover the rich natural and cultural heritage of the area and experience the beauty of the peninsula up close.
Throughout the day, visitors of all ages can enjoy a variety of activities, including bird ringing, interactive exploration games, handicrafts, a basket-weaving workshop, and more. Please note that some activities require prior registration.
