After three successful sustainable entrepreneurship workshops, we have once again partnered with Frederick University. Our goal is to enrich the workshops with practical advice to help improve business ideas while also enhancing the participants’ experience.
Specifically, in each workshop, we present examples of businesses that successfully operate within or near Natura 2000 areas. Together with Dr. Nasia Tzortzi, a Marketing Lecturer at Frederick University and trainer in the workshops, we have engaged her students from the “Sustainable Marketing and Ethics” course to create a collection of case studies on such businesses. These case studies will serve as a reference point for best business practices.
The students will connect with business owners to assess the sustainable practices they implement and how they incorporate sustainability into their business models. Additionally, they will identify and analyze the key success factors of these businesses and document the challenges they face operating within or near Natura 2000 areas.
At the end of the process, they will compile their reports, contributing to the collection of valuable insights and practices that can lead businesses to success!
