{"id":485,"date":"2023-02-10T13:15:25","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T11:15:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/terracypria.org\/natura-2000-we-started-the-new-year-with-three-informational-actions-for-the-network\/"},"modified":"2023-03-13T11:40:22","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T09:40:22","slug":"natura-2000-we-started-the-new-year-with-three-informational-actions-for-the-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/terracypria.org\/tr\/natura-2000-we-started-the-new-year-with-three-informational-actions-for-the-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Natura 2000: We started the new year with three informational actions for the network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started the new year with three presentations, informing communities and professionals about the<br>Natura 2000 network and the \u201cPandoteira\u201d project and protected areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our first presentation took place on the 12th of January in Paramalli, with residents and community<br>council members of the village, but also from the and surrounding villages participating in the<br>presentation, by asking their own questions about the protected species and sites that fall within their<br>communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few days later, members of our team briefed residents and visitors who were in the Christmas village<br>of Kalopanagiotis. Families that were passing by attended the presentation and both adults and children<br>showed interest in the topics that were discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last action for the &amp;quot;Pandoteira&amp;quot; project in January was a discussion we had with professional<br>fishermen. Through the discussion, the professional fishermen showed particular interest in both the<br>Natura 2000 network and the protection of the areas.
