The first one took place on 09\/08, when we met with approximately 30 individuals from the 27<sup>\u03bf<\/sup>&nbsp;Limassol Sea Scouts system, while the second one was conducted on the 23rd of August with approximately 15 individuals from 253<sup>\u03bf<\/sup>&nbsp;Agios Ioannis Scout system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the meetings, we presented information on the conservation status of the Griffon vulture in Cyprus and the activities of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lifewithvultures.eu\/el\/\">\u201cLife with Vultures\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;project. During the open discussion that followed we had the opportunity to further explain the effects of poisons on wild animals, the efforts of the competent authorities, and the contribution of each one of us towards protecting and preserving this rare species.
