Google Analytics

When visiting the Foundation’s website, we use Google Analytics to collect only the number of visitors to our site, and we do not know any other information that leads to a person’s identification.  The reason we do this is to find out what you find interesting on our site and to make sure we improve.

When jobs are announced at the Foundation, we invite interested candidates to send us their CV for evaluation.  But we also often receive CVs from interested candidates for employment in our Foundation without posting a job advertisement.

In cases where we announce jobs, your resume will be stored electronically and in paper format for as long as the evaluation process is in progress.  After completing this process, we communicate with the unsuccessful candidates by sending a letter or email and, if we have their consent, keep their CV until the 20th of December of each year, for any possible future need for staff at the Foundation.

Anyone can contact us at any time and ask for their CV to be deleted earlier than the 20th of December  of the year. Communication can be achieved by sending us an e-mail or a letter by mail. When we receive a request to delete a resume from our record, we take the appropriate action within three business days and inform you that we have done so. Under no circumstances do we pass on CVs to other agencies.
